At King Roofing , we make storm damage restoration easy by guiding homeowners through the insurance process and handling everything from inspection to installation. Compensation: Average earnings of $100,000 with potential for $200,000 Weekly performance bonuses Yearly incentives, such as an all-inclusive vacation A clear path to promotions and leadership Leads will be provided to proven sales leaders World Class Training: We don’t throw you into the deep end. Every new team member goes through our in-house Sales Boot Camp — a structured, hands-on program that will familiarize you with every part of insurance roofing, including: How to confidently pitch, inspect, and close How to conduct a professional roofing inspection Intro to the insurance process and documentation flow How to work with homeowners from first contact to install Real-world scenarios, role-plays, and mentorship By the time you’re in the field, you’ll know exactly what to do — and you’ll never be left guessing. What You’ll Do: Meet with homeowners in storm-affected/warm areas Build rapport and gain the trust of homeowners Qualify, set inspection appointments, and submit lead information Attend weekly team meetings and trainings Hit daily and weekly performance metrics CLOSE personal deals, as well as provided leads Ready to step into a career where you effort matches your income? Requirements A reliable form of Transportation/Valid Driver’s License Legal eligibility to work in the U.S. Past sales experience is a plus, but not required Previous customer service skills is a bonus Commitment to mastering roofing fundamentals through ongoing training Ambitious and Career Oriented Experience that transfers well to this role includes backgrounds in: Door-to-door sales, in-home sales, commission sales, pest control sales, solar sales, alarm sales, security system sales, Vivint, Aptive, Moxie, EcoShield, Terminix, Orkin, roofing sales, exterior sales, home improvement sales, setter, closer, canvassing, lead generation, appointment setting Benefits Health Vision Dental
