ESOP (Profit Sharing) and 401(k) Paid time off and sick leave. 100% Paid College Tuition for employees and their dependents.ResponsibilitiesSchedule8am start, end time varies on workload.-- Sunday through Friday, split days off.--The Role--The Receiver is responsible for receiving product, slotting, assist in inventory control and quality assurance, proper documentation and distribution of paperwork and other tasks assigned by supervisor.--Essential Responsibilities Include but Not Limited To Receive and check incoming product-- Properly identify product and ensure quality of product-- Offload trucks using equipment such as forklift or pallet jack Maintain a clean and organized work area-- Adhearing to food safety regulations, follows company safety policies and procedures---- Other duties as assigned or necessaryCharlie's Produce Total Compensation Package includes Competitive starting pay Yearly review with possibility of increase based on performance and tenure We recognize and reward hard work and commitment. Dependable, good attendance--Required Experience 1-year previous receiving experience 1-year experience using forklift/electric pallet jack preferred---- RF Scanner experience a plus Basic math skills-- Ability to work in a 36 degree refrigerated environment-- Ability to lift up to 50lbs frequently Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Ability to complete job functions with minimum supervison-- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions Ability to pass pre-employment drug test--Hear from Charlie's EmployeesSupplemental InformationThis employer participates in E-Verify and will provide the Social Security Administration and if necessary the Department of Homeland Security with the information from each new employee's Form I-9 to confirm work authorization.Charlie's Produce is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
