Job Description Fabricate commercial or military aircraft parts, accessories, and trim in accordance with technical specifications and Work Control Documents Work with a variety of materials, such as resins, carbon fiber, bonding, honeycomb fabric, and fiberglass Demonstrate attention to detail while working with various composite materials in all aspects of the composite process, including: crafting, sanding, assembly, clean room etiquette, class A oven, paint booth and autoclave Work with composites, using pre-preg and wet lay-ups Paint and finish parts to specifications Use hand and power tools to produce aircraft products Work both independently and as part of a team Follow written instructions precisely Must be willing to accept direction from, and interact professionally with supervisor and co-workers Must work with integrity and follow assigned tasks through to completion Assist with department administrative duties as necessary to learn about the work being performed, and to contribute to completion of department workload Other duties as assigned Requirements Education/Training (both required and desired): Must be working toward completion of High School diploma, technical certification, or equivalent Experience: 0 years of professional experience in the required task area Security: Must be a US citizen Ability to obtain a security clearance may be required Benefits This position has a career track, where you will be evaluated every 6 months aligned with a wage increase for 3 years Health Care Plan (Medical, Dental & Vision) Retirement Plan (401k, IRA) Life Insurance (Basic, Voluntary & AD&D) Paid Time Off (Vacation, Sick & Public Holidays) Short Term & Long Term Disability Training & Development Wellness Resources
