Job Description Peak is adding team members to the Member Support Level I team. This is an entry-level Customer Service position, responsible for handling incoming member support calls from members of differing health clubs. Responsible for making outbound follow-up calls to members regarding past due balances approximately 90 days past due or less. Responsible for processing member correspondence via Zendesk. Responsible for staying up to date on assigned tasks via Asana. Must be a resident of South Carolina, Texas, or Utah. Key areas of Responsibility:

  • Professionally answers inbound Member Support calls
  • Handle member problems and identify possible solutions
  • Professionally makes outbound MS calls via a dialer system
  • Resolve past due balances approximately 90 days or less on memberships
  • Process and Respond to written member correspondence via Zendesk
  • Manage daily assigned tasks via our task system
  • Follow-up on voicemails received
  • Checks e-Knowledge and Wiki for information and learning
  • Send letters and make account adjustments when necessary and approved
  • Demonstrate customer service phone skills
  • Adheres to all department and company policies
  • Meet department goals consistently at 80% or above
  • Positively teams with other internal Peak departments Work experience requirements:
    • 6 Months of customer service experience
    • 18 years of age or older
    • Basic computer knowledge
    • Excellent phone, people, and communication skills
    • Excellent organizational and follow-up skills
    • Professionalism in dress, attitude, and interaction with members and co-workers
    • Ability to adapt and deal well with change
    • Confident decision-maker and leader
