Job Description Peak is adding team members to the Member
Support Level I team. This is an entry-level Customer Service
position, responsible for handling incoming member support calls
from members of differing health clubs. Responsible for making
outbound follow-up calls to members regarding past due balances
approximately 90 days past due or less. Responsible for processing
member correspondence via Zendesk. Responsible for staying up to
date on assigned tasks via Asana. Must be a resident of South
Carolina, Texas, or Utah. Key areas of Responsibility:
