The Director of Advisory, Analytics is a key leader in the analytics organization at nThrive. This role reports directly to the Vice President of Advisory Analytics and provides key organizational guidance for this department.

Responsibilities

The Director of Engagement Operations, Analytics oversees the following:

• Sales - Supports sales demoes for analytics
• Client Management - Executive level client relationship responsibility
• Client Health - Oversight over execution of client health task for engagement leads.
• OKRs - Coordinates all effort to execute on quarterly OKRs
• Client Staffing - Reviews staffing capacity and client needs
• Operations, Product Development, Client Success and Commercial Liaison
• Engagement Direct Reports - manages client engagement
• Special Projects - represents analytics advisory on cross functional initiatives

Qualifications

• 10+ years' experience in healthcare consulting
• Bachelor's degree in healthcare policy administration or information systems
• Familiarity with healthcare data SQL, visualization software e.g., PowerBI, Tableau etc.
• Deep healthcare delivery knowledge and experience either in a provider organization, as a technology vendor or consultant
• Familiarity with healthcare revenue cycle process
• Travel required: Moderate 25%

Preferred Skills

• Master's degree in Data Science, Information Systems, Business or Healthcare Administration
