Responsibilities • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair electronic and electromechanical devices down to the component level using multimeters, oscilloscopes, soldering equipment, and schematic/technical drawings • Perform routine and complex repairs, refurbishments, root-cause analysis, complaint investigations (PCI), and out-of-box failure analysis • Complete all documentation accurately, including test results, repair logs, and compliance tracking in adherence with cGMP and quality-system requirements • Follow regulated manufacturing protocols, including clean-area and quality-control procedures • Meet productivity, quality, and workflow expectations while working independently or collaboratively Qualifications • High school diploma or GED and 1–3 years of experience repairing or refurbishing electronic or electromechanical devices (medical devices, PCBs, consumer electronics, etc.) • Strong mechanical/electronic aptitude with proven hands-on problem-solving ability; hobby or DIY repair experience is valued • Analytical mindset with the ability to work with QA, engineering, and customer service teams on investigations and corrective actions • Effective verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to update or modify process documentation • Basic computer skills and experience with device-tracking systems or databases (e.g., Oracle or similar) Pay $27.04 per hour Schedule Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm Nexeo Benefits • Medical, Dental, Vision, Limited Life, Short-Term Disability. • Refer a Friend Bonus | Other Financial Incentives (Bonuses). • Weekly Pay | Direct Deposit | Rapid Pay Card. • Hassle-Free Job Search: A Nexeo Recruiter is always available to assist you.
