The ideal candidate will have experience handling sophisticated commercial disputes, including IP-adjacent business litigation, contract disputes, trade secret matters, and technology-focused conflicts. Salary & Benefits - Competitive base salary range of $250,000 - $400,000, depending on experience - Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance - 401(k) plan with employer contribution - Paid vacation, sick leave, and holidays - Discretionary annual bonuses - CLE and professional development support - Flexible hybrid work options depending on caseload Qualifications - Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school - Admission to the Utah Bar, or eligibility for prompt admission - 5 years of commercial litigation experience - Experience in IP-related litigation, trade secret disputes, or technology-focused cases preferred - Strong research, writing, and analytical abilities - Experience with depositions, motion practice, hearings, and managing discovery - Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment - Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail Responsibilities - Represent clients in a wide range of commercial litigation matters, including contract disputes, business torts, and technology-related conflicts - Draft and argue motions, briefs, and other litigation documents - Conduct and manage fact and expert discovery, including depositions - Develop litigation strategies and advise clients on risk, options, and case management - Prepare cases for mediation, arbitration, and trial - Collaborate with colleagues on complex intellectual-property-adjacent litigation - Maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and high-quality work - For this position, you must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa.
