Vehicles eBay is reinventing how people buy and sell vehicles
online through a trusted, end-to-end transaction experience that
protects buyers and C2C sellers and simplifies every step of the
journey. Our vision is to establish eBay as a top destination for
used vehicles in the U.S. About the Role & Team eBay is seeking a
Program Manager to join our Vehicles C2C team and lead a range of
initiatives to grow eBay’s U.S. Vehicles business and scale
adoption of our end-to-end checkout experience among C2C sellers
and buyers. Members of the team bring a dual perspective: a
strategic leader who understands the dynamics of two-sided
marketplaces, can break down complex problems into clear
frameworks, operate in ambiguity, and communicate effectively with
senior stakeholders; and a hands-on operator who moves quickly to
deliver results. In this role, you will work cross-functionally
with business, marketing, product, customer service, and other
teams across eBay to deliver against key operational and financial
objectives. Responsibilities Partner with business, product,
customer service, and other teams to drive progress against
milestones for critical initiatives. Define key performance metrics
and establish mechanisms for tracking and evaluating the success of
critical initiatives. Develop reports with data analysis and
present regular performance updates to senior leadership. Build and
own executive-ready presentations on strategy and operational
performance. Drive operational consistency and alignment across the
business and cross-functional teams. Lead ongoing business
cadences, including performance reviews, initiative deep dives, and
progress tracking. Establish operational processes and guardrails
to support scalable growth in C2C activation, including pilot
launches and product–market fit enhancements. Identify and pursue
opportunities across the U.S. Vehicles landscape requiring
strategic deep dives or process improvements. Conduct in-depth
analysis of automotive market trends, customer behavior, and the
competitive landscape to inform decision-making. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics or related field, plus 4
years of relevant experience. Experience at a top-tier management
consulting firm, investment bank, or in a strategy and planning
role at a major corporation is preferred but not required.
Consistent record of leading initiatives and delivering measurable
business growth and profitability. Strong analytical skills and
ability to translate data and insights into actionable strategies
and recommendations. Ability to employ tools such as Excel and
Tableau. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision,
demonstrating a proactive, self-starter approach to problem-solving
and decision-making. Highly organized with strong project
management skills, capable of handling multiple priorities in a
fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and presentation
skills, including the ability to create executive-level
presentations. Creative problem solver with a strategic approach
and a passion for innovation and continuous improvement. Ability to
function effectively in a dynamic environment and adapt to evolving
business needs. Ambition to grow professionally and willingness to
work hard, learn quickly, and provide constructive feedback to

Interest in enthusiast vehicles is not required, but candidates
must be willing to quickly learn about and engage with the vehicles
enthusiast community. Candidates should be motivated to meet
customers and help eBay succeed. Location Hybrid position based in
eBay’s Salt Lake City office. Must be willing to work in person a
minimum of three days per week, with occasional travel. Additional
Details The base pay range for this position is expected in the
range below: $71,600 - $123,400 Base pay offered may vary depending
on multiple individualized factors, including location, skills, and
experience. The total compensation package for this position may
also include other elements, including a target bonus and
restricted stock units (as applicable) in addition to a full range
of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k)
eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as PTO and
parental leave). Details of participation in these benefit plans
will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment. If
