Job Description Job Description We are looking for a skilled
Software Engineer to join our team in Orem, Utah. In this role, you
will be responsible for developing, enhancing, and maintaining
software products and platforms. You will work closely with the
Director of Engineering Services and collaborate with the team to
ensure the successful delivery of high-quality solutions.
Responsibilities: • Manage development tasks using Jira, including
updating progress and communicating with team members. • Provide
accurate estimates for work items to facilitate effective
scheduling. • Coordinate software changes with the engineering team
to ensure seamless deployment. • Create and update documentation
during and after development to support ongoing processes. •
Develop software products utilizing preferred programming languages
and frameworks. • Stay informed about current development tools,
frameworks, and emerging technologies to enhance software
solutions. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address
technical challenges and deliver results. • Implement and maintain
relational and non-relational databases as part of the software
development process. • Utilize Git for version control and manage
code repositories effectively. • Ensure adherence to Agile
methodology during the development cycle.• Bachelor’s degree in
Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field from an
accredited institution. • Proficiency in writing reports, business
correspondence, and procedure manuals. • Strong problem-solving
skills, with the ability to interpret instructions in various
formats. • Hands-on experience with Jira, including creating and
managing work items in an Agile environment. • Expertise in
software tools and technologies such as .NET 6, relational
databases, non-relational databases, Cosmos DB, Azure, and Git. •
Familiarity with React, TypeScript, and JavaScript for front-end
development. • Minimum of 3 years of experience in software
development, including work with C#, .NET, ASP.NET, and Microsoft
SQL Server. • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work
effectively within a team environment.
