Job Description:
Intermountain Healthcare invites applications for the role of
Outpatient Physical Therapist in our dedicated team. Offering a

physical therapy services in an outpatient setting. This role is
pivotal in helping patients achieve their highest level of physical

enhancing the health of our communities. Evaluate and analyze
patient needs and treatment plans in an outpatient setting. Develop
and implement physical therapy interventions. Collaborate with
healthcare professionals to optimize patient care and recovery.
Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and home
exercises. Document patient progress and adjust treatments as
needed. Participate in professional development and stay current
with the latest physical therapy practices and technologies. Strong
understanding of outpatient therapy modalities and interventions.
Excellent patient management and communication skills. Ability to
work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team. Proficiency in
using physical therapy software and equipment. Medical Insurance
Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Licensed
Physical Therapist in the state of Utah. CPR certified. Additional
certifications in specialized physical therapy techniques
preferred.
