Palliative Care Physician (Palliative Care) Utah Valley Hospital –

searching for a Palliative Care fellowship trained physician to
join our Inpatient team of providers at Utah Valley Hospital.

What you’ll bring: - MD or DO degree from a fully accredited
medical or osteopathic school of medicine - Completion of a
US-based ACGME accredited residency and Palliative Care fellowship
training program - Board certification or eligibility in Palliative
Care - Active, unobstructed Utah medical license, or the ability to
obtain one - Ability to successfully complete Intermountain
Health’s credentialing process - Current Basic Life Support (BLS)

for this position is listed below. Actual hourly rate dependent
