Job Description:

Prepares mortgage loan file by reviewing loan application and clarifying or obtaining additional information when necessary

Reviews the entire loan for accuracy, credit worthiness, and compliance

Ensures compliance with applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations

Reviews pipeline with processors to ensure timely movement of pipelines and fulfillment of conditions

Maintains communication with loan officers, clients, fellow employees, closers, and company personnel to ensure deadlines are met
