This leadership role will be located in Roy, Utah with periodic travel to Vandenberg Space Force Base, California supporting LGM-35A Sentinel (GBSD).And will support the Sentinel (GBSD) program. The 9/80 schedule allows employees who work a nine-hour day Monday through Thursday to take every other Friday off.Basic Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in STEM with 6 years of applicable engineering or flight telemetry analysis experience.Active DoD Secret clearance adjudicated within the last 5 years.2 years of experience leading a project and/or driving performance against schedule1 year of Program/Project Management Experience leading a technical team1 year experience with flight test of a rocket systemPreferred Qualifications:Active DoD Top Secret clearance adjudicated within the last 5 yearsPrior experience leading large cross-functional teamsPrior experience with instrumentation, data acquisition and test automation systemsExperience in Data Analysis of ICBM flight testsEVM (Earned Value Management) experience as a CAM (Control Account Manager)Agile experienceModel Based System Engineering with an understanding of DODAF and SysMLExperience working with scripting languages, FORTRAN, C++, Python, and/or MatLabExperience using CAMEO software" Salary Range: $112,700 USD $169,100 USDEmployees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
