Job Description:
+ Experience with reviewing and making recommendations regarding
facility requirements
+ Knowledge of 30/60/90/100 design reviews
+ Understand comprehensive construction planning & management
activities
+ Ability to develop and review Charrette, Functional Analysis
Concept Development (FACD), Request for Proposal (RFP) development
for Military Construction (MILCON), and Facilities Sustainment and
Repair and Modernization (FSRM) projects
+ Ability to coordinate, validate, and distribute design plans and
specs and project turn over documents, including As-Builts,
Pre-Construction, Construction, Shop Drawings, Operations and
Maintenance Support Information (OMSI) documents, commissioning
reports, utility one-line drawings, beneficial occupancy documents,
final inspection deficiency resolution, and beneficial occupancy
sign-offs
+ Experience with Modeling, Simulation & Analysis
+ Experience with requirements analysis and traceability, to
include: defining, documenting and controlling scope within the
design process
+ Experience with risk management
+ Experience with Geospatial Information and Services
(GI&S)
+ Experience working in a classified environment
+ Knowledge of nuclear missile infrastructure
+ Other duties as assigned
Requirements
+ Education/Training (both required and desired):
+ Bachelors Degree required.
+ Bachelors Degree or higher in construction science/management,
civil engineering, or a related engineering/architecture discipline
desired.
+ Experience:
+ 8+ years of experience of progressive construction management
experience
+ Experience with DoD and/or AF acquisition
processes/documentation
+ Security:
+ Must be a US citizen
+ Active security clearance required
