Beehive Home of Layton, Utah is seeking a capable and experienced Administrator/Manager of a 12-bed assisted living facility in Layton Utah. Must have 2 year degree, or 2 years experience in the medical field. CNA preferred.Administrator/Manager or Assistant Administrator experience is preferred.Essential Job requirements: (some of these can be obtained in conjunction with hire)Back Ground Check with FingerprintingCurrent First Aid and CPRCurrent TB testCurrent Food Handlers PermitWe are seeking candidates with the following skills:Knowledge of Blue Steps software.Knowledge of Microsoft WordKnowledge of Medication AdministrationAbility to manage a small team of employees, scheduling, training,Ability to multitask and handle a variety of daily tasks such as cooking, cleaning, laundry etc.Ability to work well with residents, many who may be Elderly, this job does include direct care, such as medication administration, showering of residents, cleaning, preparing simple meals, laundry.??Ability to problem solve with kindness and diplomacyExcellent communication skillsHappy, temperate and positive personalityYou would be using your skills to manage an AL1 building with up to 12 residents.
