This MAC Sales Manager Job Is For You, If You Enjoy:
Inspiring customers to express their individual beauty by creating
and executing an agile business plan to recruit and retain
customers through strategic targeting, impactful in-store events,
exceptional customer relationship management and the leadership of
a high performing team.
MAC Sales Manager Key Accountabilities:
Meet your individual responsibility and determine and communicate
individual and team sales goals and hold staff accountable for
results in accordance with the company's business practices
Analyze and review goal attainment and develop strategies to
improve performance
Model the standard for staff in regards to customer service
expectations as outlined by M
A
C and ensure staff delivers consistent, excellent customer service
in accordance with our standards
Maintain a cohesive, cooperative work environment through team
building and motivation
Manage time, establish clear priorities, and delegate effectively
and efficiently to meet goals, objectives, and maximize individual
contribution and engagement
Hold regular, productive staff meetings with AT&D present to
reference best practices and seek feedback in order to improve
their work
Administer all training programs for selling skills, customer
service, products, and operations
Conduct monthly coaching sessions to communicate objectives, set
goals, align and engage the team in the vision
Perform thorough and timely staff reviews and initiate increases,
promotions, disciplinary action, and terminations with MRO and
Human Resources approval
Control all store expenses within budget guidelines and maintain
appropriate inventory levels
Manage cash loss prevention procedures and established security
policies
Execute new launch displays, collateral placement, etc.
Oversee all planning details for events
Follow and implement all corporate visual presentation standards
and guidelines
Adhere to and model M
A
C's policies regarding customer service expectations, dress code,
and professional standards
MAC Sales Manager Required Qualifications:
5 years of retail experience, 1-2 years of management experience
preferably within cosmetics
Previous experience in cosmetic field preferred
The ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized
customer service
Previous business planning experience including setting sales and
customer service targets, sales analysis, and staff scheduling
Previous retail operations experience including inventory and
facilities management and cash reconciliation
Proven track record of leading a team to achieve sales and customer
service targets
Experience of creating and executing in-store events
Proficient in Microsoft office
Ability to work 40 hours a week including days, nights, weekends,
and special events in a fast-paced work environment
High School Diploma or equivalent is required, College Degree
preferred
