Job Description Job Description We are seeking a full-time Metal Fabricator who takes pride in their craftsmanship and consistently delivers high-quality work. This role requires a strong work ethic, the ability to read and interpret fabrication drawings, and a focus on maintaining high standards throughout the fabrication process. Key Responsibilities: Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and fabrication plans. Measure, cut, shape, and assemble metal components using hand tools, power tools, and machinery (saws, grinders, presses, welding equipment, etc.). Perform MIG, TIG, and stick welding as required for projects. Ensure all fabricated components meet quality and safety standards. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot, problem-solve, and optimize production processes. Assist in finishing, sanding, and preparing custom metal products for delivery or installation. Qualifications: Proven experience as a metal fabricator or similar role in a custom fabrication or manufacturing environment. Proficiency in welding (MIG, TIG, stick) and metalworking techniques. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy materials. Team-oriented with a strong work ethic. High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications a plus.
