key role in advancing our production capabilities and supporting
the development of next-generation energy storage technologies. In
this position, you will be responsible for planning, developing,
and optimizing manufacturing processes across multiple production
lines and programs. Your expertise will support the design of
efficient workflows, the selection and validation of tools and
equipment, and the implementation of best-in-class manufacturing
strategies. You will work independently with minimal supervision
and will be expected to lead cross-functional initiatives that

component, where you will guide and support junior engineers,
helping them develop professionally and technically. Your
leadership will contribute to a high-performing engineering culture
and will ensure knowledge sharing across teams and projects. The
ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in mechanical
engineering, manufacturing engineering, or a related discipline,
along with at least seven years of hands-on experience in process
design and optimization. You should bring deep expertise in
manufacturing environments, ideally within the aerospace, energy,
or high-tech sectors. Strong project management skills and the
ability to lead teams through complex technical challenges are
essential. Proficiency with 3D CAD software (such as SolidWorks),
process simulation tools, and data analysis platforms is also
required. Preferred candidates will have experience with aerospace
battery systems, a strong understanding of industry certification
and regulatory frameworks (such as AS9100 or ISO standards), and
formal training in Six Sigma or advanced statistical methods.
Familiarity with ERP/MRP and MES platforms, as well as the ability
to work effectively across electrical, software, and systems
engineering teams, will also be highly valued. If you are a
seasoned manufacturing engineer looking to apply your skills to
meaningful, cutting-edge technology and to work in a collaborative
and mission-driven environment, we invite you to apply to join the
EPS team. Together, we're powering the future of mobility. Job
