Job Description Job Description Job Summary: We are currently seeking a skilled and dependable Industrial Paint Technician (Wet and Powder Spray Coatings) to join our coatings department. This hands-on role is responsible for the consistent, high-quality application of wet spray coatings on metal components. You’ll be part of a collaborative team where safety, precision, and continuous improvement are key to success. Job Title: Industrial Paint Technician (Wet and Powder Spray Coatings) Job ID: Pay Rate: $18/hr Job Location: West Jordan Shift: 6am-4pm, M-Th. Must be able to work OT as needed Responsibilities: Applicants could be required to do any of the following: Clean up worksites from hazardous or obsolete material Assist painters or other co-workers on-site Handle and transport materials (e.g. cement) and equipment (e.g. drills and grinders) Use power tools and machinery (e.g. forklifts) when needed Follow instructions from supervisors to perform manual labor tasks Report issues with equipment or unsafe conditions Qualifications : Lifting 50lbs plus over head Standing for entire shift Team player Company Perks: When you become a full-time employee: Medical Dental Vision 401K FSA Life Insurance Vacation starts accruing day 1 – two weeks per year for new employees up to 5 years Sick and Personal time received annually Paid Holidays Profit Share Bonus available after 30 full days of employment. *Qualifications must be met Flexible work schedule Casual work environment and dress code Overtime Available Company Description BBSI’s staffing and recruiting services are designed to find and place people for contract and permanent placement.
