Benefits/Perks: $18 per 3045-minute class (starting rate) 30 classes per week Seasonal performance-based bonuses Paid 12-week Training at $12/Session Gas reimbursement if outside of territory assigned Career and growth opportunities Leadership training Most supportive team, and best culture, youve ever experienced Fulfillment you are a leader and role model to the children in your care Requirements: Must be at least 18 years of age Reliable transportation and a valid Drivers License Pass our Background Check Valid Work Visa or Authorization to work in the US Coaching or childhood education experience preferred Mon through Friday time slots 9am-12pm | 3-6:30pm AND Saturday mornings from 8:45am - 12:00pm A Day In The Life: Safely manage a class of up to 12 children Implement our curriculum which focuses on skill and character development Arrive on-time to your locations and provide a positive customer experience to faculty and families Maintain equipment and manage your class rosters Go home knowing you made a difference Hours: Monday through Friday: 9:00 AM - 6:30 PM Saturdays: 8:45 AM - 12:00 PM We train the best coaches in the business We put every Soccer Shots coach through our comprehensive training program to receive certification that includes learning the use of developmentally appropriate coaching techniques. Our coaches are routinely evaluated and undergo ongoing training. Our coach selection process evaluates not only the ability to coach soccer, but, more importantly, the ability to engage and inspire children. Our program is created under the guidance of childhood education specialists, professional soccer players and experienced and licensed soccer coaches.
